Access codes are issued verbally, nightly, at the gathering space, by the Media Manager. There is no reset procedure. There is no second method. The Secretary has been asked to write one down and has declined.
This is not a real login. It accepts no credentials, sends nothing anywhere, and stores nothing — there is no account to sign in to yet. Please don’t type a password you use somewhere else; the IT Department would like that on the record. A genuine private area for the OGs is planned, and this is standing in until it exists.
